The candidate will provide Field Sales support to strategic and broad market customers for Aceinna’s high performance inertial solutions and current sensors. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and lead sales support teams and managing channel partners to generate new business opportunities and convert them into solid revenue generation. This position will be based in Andover, MA. Candidates must be local.


This position is in charge of sales activities in North America and Europe. Detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Plan, implement, and manage revenue and business growth strategies for the territory, including both design wins and sales revenue objectives

  • Present and sell ACEINNA’s products to new and existing customers; identify the target accounts and their application in the territory; Develop and implement the penetration strategies for these identified target accounts in close cooperation with Marketing and Applications team.

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key customers and influencers in the territory including identification and facilitation of key peer-to-peer relationships with ACEINNA.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate ACEINNA’s network of manufacturer’s representatives; Provide training and technical support to build close working relationships with ACEINNA’s key customers; coordinate technical and design support with Applications Engineering group. 

  • Develop understanding and determine customers’ needs and concerns in order to propose the best solution to them.


Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive sales including demonstrated success in introducing new products and identifying and penetrating new product markets, as well as managing independent sales representatives and distribution channel in global markets.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in electronics or equivalent.

  • Experience in navigation systems is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the consumer electronics markets and the OEMs and ODMs who design and build for these markets.

  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships and trust at all levels (i.e. engineering, marketing, procurement and executive) within key customers and distributors.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to work well in a dynamic, informal, start-up environment; Creative, independent and innovative in nature.

  • Willingness to travel to existing and potential customers, to get the job done

  • This position is based in Andover, MA. Candidates must be local.
