Job Summary:

 Aceinna is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, work well in a team-oriented environment, possess great communication skills and have a strong HR Generalist background. In this position, you will provide support to the Human Resources department, in areas such as employee relations, benefits administration and payroll.


  • Administer semi-annual performance evaluation process.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation / onboarding programs; Ensure timely completion of all new hire paperwork.
  • Manage and Administer payroll and benefits as a resource to managers and employees regarding benefit questions.
  • Coordinate regular reviews of the companies’ employee handbook and other policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in the development and maintenance of a strong workplace environment.
  • Coordinate and provide monthly items to Finance, i.e.: yearly budgets.
  • Experience working in HRIS systems, i.e. Fidelity, ADP, etc.


  • College degree, PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred plus 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters using discretion and good judgment.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization.
  • Self-starter who also demonstrates a team player attitude.
