  • Set and achieve revenue goals for your region.
  • Managing and training our rep and distribution network in North America and Europe.
  • Identify and engage target customers.
  • Find new customer programs, understand the program goals, timing, decision criteria and competitive situations.
  • Maintain a war board or funnel of all the active programs in your region.
  • Work closely with the product manager to develop sales collateral, product roadmaps, promotion strategy, trade shows to attend, etc.
  • Assist in the development of marketing requirement documents defining future products.
  • Significant contributor to the engineering project prioritization process.
  • Travel involved (variable depending on the situation, Averages 30% ~ 50%).


  • Sales Engineer with solid technical background (BSEE or BSME required).
  • 5 + years of experience in sales or business development, with a record of accomplishment of being able to win new designs and grow revenues.
  • Knowledge and relationships in some segment of the inertial sensor market.
  • Engage with new customers, identifying active development projects, providing and coordinating technical support, and ultimately winning new designs.
  • Managing and training our rep and distribution networks in North America and Europe.
  • Key member of the marketing team along with having input into the new product roadmap and definitions.
