This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales professional with general knowledge of inertial, IMU, GPS and positioning markets, and/or current sensing semiconductor solutions and sub-systems for industrial and/or automotive end-markets, to join a fast growing entrepreneurial culture. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a track record of being able to identify and engage new customers, win new designs and grow revenues.

Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have existing knowledge and relationships in some segment of:

Automotive, Robotics, Drones, Power Conversion, etc). He / she will be capable of engaging with new customers, finding active development projects, providing / coordinating technical support, and ultimately winning new designs. The responsibilities also include managing and training our rep and distribution network in North America and Europe. You will also be a key part of the marketing team, and have input into the new product roadmap and definitions.


  • Identify and engage target customers. Build relationships with key engineering decision makers.
  • Find new customer programs, understand the program goals, timing, decision criteria, and competitive situation.
  • Set and achieve revenue goals for your region
  • Maintain a warboard or funnel of all the active programs in your region.
  • Assist in the development of Marketing Requirement Documents defining future products.
  • Significant contributor to the engineering project prioritization process.
  • Some travel required (variable depending on the situation, but probably averages 30% ~ 50%).
