The TG Series accelerometer modules are low power, high performance 3-axis linear acceleration sensors offered with ±2g or ±10g ranges. The TG Series accelerometers feature precision three-layer silicon differential capacitive MEMS technology that provides ultra low noise and excellent stability. The TG Series modules operate from a single 3.3 to 5.5V DC power supply and include a high performance integrated temperature sensor for additional accuracy in extreme temperature applications. The TG Series accelerometer modules provide a fully signal-conditioned high-level output for easy to interface to standard data acquisition systems, and the low current consumption makes this tri-axial device highly attractive for battery operated systems. The sensor module is packaged in an industrial anodized aluminum package that is moisture resistant and rugged for both industrial and automotive applications.
